Still not really hitting my RDI, a couple days this week were pretty low. Getting used to eating more than 2x a day is hard, but exercise has at least turned me into a breakfast person, even if only yogurt & a banana before the gym. Yesterday Shawn made us egg white omelette it was great. Last night I carbed up w/3 pieces of Pepperidge Farms Cinnamon Raisin toast - rarely eat carbs so it tasted great.
