I weighed today and Im down to 171.6. This not eating all day thing is very hard. I wish I could just get used to it or find another working diet plan. Im trying to shed some pounds before a cruise that I am taking on May 6th. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and many complications from it since I was diagnosed nearly 20 years ago. I was taking pain medications and decided that there had to be a better way. So I lost all the weight. After surprise baby #6 I gained a ton back and have been is so much pain in my joints. I don't want to go back on pain meds so I need to at least try to get this weight off to save my joints. Every pound I lose between now and May 6th is critical. It will determine how nice of a first vacation I will have.

Hi, You sound like you need a lifeboat already! May 6th is not very far away...so if you are really looking for a plan that is healthy, doesn't count calories points or carbs, can eat all you want, and will really work if you follow it...I would suggest you give EAT TO LIVE by Dr. Joel Fuhrman a try. That's what I'm on ( and many others) and you can absolutely knock off about 20 pounds effortlessly. I only preach this diet style when asked...Please consider it and feel free to check out my weight chart and food diaries. Good luck, and let me know how it goes. :)
