25.4 body fat percentage 51.4 water weight percentage It was my birthday week, No weight training, No work out on Wednesday, and no more fasting on Friday. However this is the first time with these low numbers and 25 percent bf as opposed to 26 or 27. Though because of the directic medication I know the scale isn't right.
