had red Lobster Friday night and weighed 187 Saturday morning but forgot to log it in. had a very strong work out last night and sat in the sauna for 1 hour.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
