Today the plan is to walk around the reservoir with my friend. This is going to pretty much be my first day of actual exercise, and this is the part I hate. I hope I can make it a habit.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
