This week has been difficult with illness, antibiotics and dh being away for 3 days too.... I'm back on track now I hope. Even through last week I did track everything and I ended up about 6 points over for the week, which I suppose isn't TOO bad, but it's obviously enough to make a difference.

Here's to a better week this week!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So good to see you back on fatsecret and journaling again! I just can't say that enough. You were missed! Sorry to hear of your difficulties as of late... I hope it's all been sorted out. Try to up the exercise if you can... it helps so much to compensate for our shortfalls in the food intake department. Keep at it. The losses will come!

I second Evelyn that it's great to have you back here and getting back into the swing of things. Definitely not easy when you're trying to cope with illness and hubby's away. Officially, I've never tried a whole week doing the core plan... but I have noticed that basing my diet on core foods, I've had the best weeks. Doing some exercise though you can definitely reap back any over spend in the food department. You are doing great though... so you just keep up the great work, as keep tracking and it will get easier again. Hope you have a great weekend though and are feeling much better. ;o)
