SpideySense411's Journal, 30 January 2020

I'm stoked to see the scale going down in spite of a challenging couple of weeks. Hubby bought me a Fitbit-❤ it!! I knew my sleep was problematic, but I'm glad to see that as my pain has improved my sleep has also- I went from an avg. of 5.5 hours of sleep to 6.5 hours of sleep. i haven't been very consistent tracking food, but starting it back up has definitely made me more conscious of portions and choosing quality food. I've also been experiencing real hunger in my tummy 🤗😭😰🤣 - means I'm much more in tune with my body signals. I'll try and venture to the gym for a low impact workout. My overall steps have increased as I've been more intentional to keep moving and look for opportunities for stairs or parking further away. Gonna keep up the momentum.

Having a Fitbit has made a huge difference for me. My husband says my weight loss became serious when he bought the Fitbit for me. Hope it’s true for you too!

Wow!! Thanks for the love ya'll 🤗🤗🤗 I'm impressed to hear the Fitbit success! I also heard it was waterproof, but was super skeptical so I'm not gonna test that theory 😆 Got a super busy week ahead 😰 but gonna keep it moving and watch my choices. I actually got a full 8 hours sleep last night!!! That was awesome 😴🥳 Got a couple good workouts that didn't push the limits of my back. Here's to a good week😎😎

My daughter has worn the Fitbit in the pool with no problem. I only take my Fitbit off to charge it and for showers. My sweet daughter wore the Fitbit in the ocean and a button was corroded. Do not take the Fitbit in salt water. Otherwise it seems waterproof for us.
