I was worried about gaining this past week. I only exercised for 1 hour. I have a hamstring injury and have stopped running for the past week. I focused on eating green leafy salads and lean fish and poultry. Things seem steady.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
