Alternating 20 point days with sensible but "whatever" days seems to be working. Slow but steady and keep it up for life.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week
