I went on a crazy eating binge.... But as of Monday March 18th I began a sort of fast to get myself back on track. I am only eating 1 meal a day. Only dinner and a ton of water throughout the day. This is day four. When I got on the scale Sunday night it said 181! That's a 5 pound weight gain. This morning I was back down to 175. Much better. I am going to stay at this fast until I can come up with a weight loss program that I can actually follow.There is no thinking or planning in fating like this, so its easy for me. The hunger is so much easier to bear than following a diet plan and always trying to measure everything. I just eat the same amount of whatever my 11 year old eats for dinner and walla! Haha! I know its not healthy, I am seriously trying to find a plan that will work for me.
