I haven't weighed in today but I am still sticking with the one meal a day thing. That means no snacks, just water throughout the day and a moderate dinner. Nothing special, just what everyone else is eating. Today I was a bit more hungry than the other days but I managed to rough it out. I am hoping when I am done fasting like this I will have gotten some control over my cravings and my LYING body always telling me I need to eat. I know its not true. I just need to reprogram and shrink that enormous stomach of mine. Still trying to find a no brainer diet plan to start that I could stick to. I am 5 days into this fast of sorts. I don't want to carry on more that ten days like this so I hope something comes up soon.
