it might be a bit lower, but I'm going to call it 114 for today.

today is free day, but I plan on making it a nice large sandwich at lunch (cheese and onion) and some birthday cake (not mine) later today
251.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
