My employer sponsored a learning series with a fitness trainer and motivational speaker. I found I need to change my diet plan to one where I choose my meals, not one where the PLAN tells me exactly what to eat. Makes sense so I will start today and still keep an eye on calories. Also some buzz about having that company come in to my workplace...if we get enough interest. Cool
193.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
