I'm thinking I made a big mistake yesterday. I couldn't really move most of the day and when I finally did get up I just grabbed some leftovers.

Late into the evening we decided we wanted some ice cream.

I now see that I didn't get much protein yesterday and today I had to call in to work once again not being able to move much.
401.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
