definitely put on 10 pounds in last 6 months so need to chnage things up. WIll try increase in veggies and decrease in protein with calories capped at 2000
244.0 lb Lost so far: 51.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
