okay so I have been carrying around the smash diet book for a couple of days and today at work I am cleaning out my snacks out of desk yes this includes hot cheetos and m&m's. Tonite I am going grocery shopping for phase one and I am going to pre pack my meals for the week. Tomorrow I am starting my new lifestyle of eating. The part that worries me the most is the car. I have to figure out some sort of food on phase one that I can keep in car so I am not tempted to do a fast food drive by. Okay ready get set here I go...
350.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 200.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Welcome & Good Luck - you can do this!! The car snacks - that's a tuff one during Phase I. If you have a frig @ work, try keeping grapes there, pull off a bunch and stick them in your purse - same goes w/raw veggies. The other thing you may want to try is snacking closer to quiting time, that way you're not hungry for the drive home.

Apples and bananas have helped me when on the run. I always make sure that I have water with me as well. Good luck!!
