Well summer is over and I am back to work. I actually lost 32 pounds over the summer but then I have gained 12 pounds back in the last three in a half weeks. I have just lost my fire and I have not wanted to do much cookiing since work has started again. I have got to go the store and get my kitchen back in action. Eating out is killing me and there is no way around it. I know what to do and it is my job to do it. I have not been feeling well lately and I know its because I am eating terribly. So I am getting back on it. I will go to the store today an start packing my food for tomorrow. Here's to me...

Okay 22 days down, and a lifetime to go. A few things are getting easier, planning meals and drinking water. I have decided that packing my food for the day is not so bad afterall. Actually I find some comfort in knowing what I will consume for the day. I am beginning to like water, at first it was difficult to drink all my water and now I drink more than 8 glasses per day. I only allow myself one diet drink per day, and Oh how I really look forward to it. For me the hard part is dedication to exercise, each day I go with full intensions to work out but many days it gets squeezed out of my schedule. Today I will partake in exercise.

21 Days...Feeling better, I just wish results were faster but I have to remind myself that I did not get this fat over night... One step at a time. Note to self: My goal for this week is to exercise 30 minutes each day.

Day 18. I am on a roll, no stoppin' me now. Two issues I need to address...more water and more excerise. I am going to set some new goals to address these. Smash, Smash, Smash Away!!!
