i only lost .2 :( i wish i could have instant results lol i ate a bowl of chili last night my momma in law made i have no idea the calories that were in it but i ate like half a serving you would put in the bowl it had kidney beans meat and chili powder but i wonder if it was alot and pushed me over my calorie limit if not them i did really good yesterday with my calories!!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
