Gained almost all of my weight back the last quarter of 2019. When struggling through the 2nd anniversary of Ryan's death, I ate badly (comfort food) this is the opposite of what happened when he died. I am trying Fat Secret and My Fitness pal to see which works best with my new meal planner. I am going back to counting calories. I am adding light stretching and exercises through videos downloaded from the web.
What to gain by getting control over my weight?
Asthma - easier to breath. Reduce meds.
BP - lower my BP so I don't have to start meds. 145/78
A1C - don't have to take meds. and not end up with type 2 diabetes
Hernias- allow for surgery and easier recovery
Musco-Scelical disease - strengthen muscles to eliminate back and hip pain
Appearance - Feel better about myself
Overall health...it's time to take this seriously.
