HELP!!! Fellow atkins'ers. What am I eating wrong? Why am I gaining????
201.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Looks like a blip in the trend, the trend itself looks good. I'd be patient for a few more days. Congrats on breaking 200 the other day!
