1 pound down, not as much as I had hoped but I'll take it.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1294 kcal Fat: 88.22g | Prot: 95.92g | Carb: 27.70g.   Breakfast: atkins shake. Lunch: tuna fish, kraft mayo, tomatoe, lettuce with radicchio. Dinner: publix lemon pepper chicken, Yellow Squash & Broccoli Casserole. Snacks/Other: atkins bars, Jell-O Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks - Orange/Lemon-Lime, pork rinds. more...
