Well...my new lowest weight thus far. Started back on the keto diet on Tues. Did 100gm carbs first day, 50gm the second day and yesterday 27gm. Had to get my head into it. There were several tempations during the day, but I resisted and took a piece of gum instead of the candy. So my macros looked pretty good yesterday.

I also made it out to the garage for my first full-on workout since November. The garage had been in disarray since that time, but I was able to get some cleaning and organization done and got my gym area cleaned out. I was expecting the first workout to be a bigger struggle than it was. I decreased my hand weights from what I had been using and thought I would have to kinda cruise at half-throttle thru the workout, but I actually did pretty good! My legs and stamina weren't bad. My arms, however, had declined. But I persevered! So now it is just a matter of sticking with the plan and see where I get with it.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
