bummed about weigh in. gained 4 lbs. but had a good time. was nice to be outside and away from TV. Gage learned to swim so i guess it was worth it. will be good this week and hoping to lose some tonnage!
275.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
