wuhuu today i went to the nutritionist and my NEW WEIGHT IS :
50.2 kg in the morning maybe in the night would be 51kg, so im very very happy and this is my body composition:

AGE: 17
HEIGHT: 1.65 m
WEIGHT: 50.2Kg
BMI: 18.37
%of fat: 19.9%

fat mass:10kg
LBM: 40.2kg
total water: 29.4 kg
112.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
