wuhuu today i went to the nutritionist and my NEW WEIGHT IS :
50.2 kg in the morning maybe in the night would be 51kg, so im very very happy and this is my body composition:

Dear diary:
My breakfast was one and a half orange and an apple, i want to eat healthy, but i dont have my salad today, i just have a chicken breast chicken, :( i have to resist to the tentantations :(
i will tell you what did I eat for dinner later :/

I'm doing this because I want to eat healthy, I think that is so important because if you do, you can avoid many diseases, also i want to ahave a nice figure and abdomen
