1900 kcal Fat: 59.39g | Prot: 140.72g | Carb: 218.85g.   Breakfast: bolthouse farms 100% carrot, 100% multigrain 45 calories sara lee, reduced fat creamy peanut butter great value, eggs, lucerne hazelnut sugar free coffee creamer, Old-Fashioned Oats, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk. Lunch: greek non fat yogurt, gala apple, spinach fresh express, sweet red pepper vinaigrette dressing, boneless skinless chicken breast walmart. Dinner: pasta plus penne rigate, 93% lean ground beef, steamfresh broccoli, avocado, 2% fat mexican four blend cheese lucerne. Snacks/Other: yellow popping corn great value, vanilla no sugar added light ice cream, red velvet poptart, vanilla almond crunch bar, frozen blueberries great value, dymatize protein. more...
