Happy with this. Lost 1.2 kg. My problem has always been how to keep the weight off again after getting to goal. Many times in my life I have lost weight & got to goal( 2x in the last 8 years with WeightWatchers )but it always goes back on gradually ( or quickly). So I need to find a way of living the weight loss. This time I have decided to do alternating 20 WW point days with sensible but not too obsessive days. That way I can look at it as just one day as long as I am not too stupid inbetween. If I get to goal ..... then maybe I could do 20 point days every 3 days. Good theory, maybe.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the only way I am going to keep my weight off when I get to goal is to count points for the rest of my life. I will also have exercise a lot and weigh myself every few days. Once I see the weight going up, I will need to take it off straight away. I try to eat most of my flex points, because the more you eat while losing, the more you can eat to maintain. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it to get off the diet train, lol!
