Terrible Week - lots of stress at work - got handed a huge project last minute which consumed my whole existence the past week. Think I finished it yesterday - nervous that I have yet to hear any comments back, but I hope to get to the gym tonight. I have no idea how the scale says my weight is the same - I feel huge again and my back is killing me from sitting at the computer so long working away! Oh well, I guess that is good motivation to hit the gym and watch meals again. Overall I think I did well eating with the exception of my PMS pig out - 5 giant pieces of pizza in one day - at least I forewent the pepperoni
