Hello world!! Getting back on track with food and fitness. I typically go it alone, but going a different route by getting into a supportive community. I heavily lean cardio, and trying to incorporate a weightlifter mindset. Gym rat looking to spend more time there. Will be incorporating more mind/body strategies to conquer chronic pain------> this has impacted health and weight. Will be wrestling this dragon!
