Back to the drawing board. Day one...again. Exercised for 30 mins. and started the diet strictly today. Hoping to really get healthy, not just lose weight. Here's to one day at a time.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
