I'm having one of those days where I can tell my gallbladder has been removed and my body has put alot of extra bile into my digestional tract. O.O So lost another 1/2 pound, and am now hoping not to spend all day close to the bathroom. XD Probably that little bit of garlic butter sauce i ate last night. Just another 1/2 pound to be below 300!!!

And I really want to get one of those giant exercise balls, I love sitting and bouncing on my sisters. Also rolling onto my back on it. XD Just so fun. I think they're like 10 bucks at walmart. :)

Sounds yucky. I am supposed to get my gallbladder taken out as well, but I don't want to. I'd rather just watch what I eat. How did you find the surgury and now afterwards?

The surgery was a must for me. I was having gallbladder attacks every other day, the whole week before the surgery, didn't matter what I ate. I had gallstones. Total recovery time after the surgery was 6 weeks. But I was up and walking the same day as the surgery, even went up a flight of stairs to get the guest bedroom at my mom's house. I think I took pain meds for 3-4 days after the surgery, then didn't need them anymore. I'm better now than before. The only time I have some issues is when I have very fatty or greasy food. Like garlic butter sauce, or bacon. If I had to do it over, I'd have gotten the surgery sooner and saved myself alot of pain. I'm also eating healthier now because of all the gallbladder issues and surgery. So it was a great turning point in my life.
