Didn't sleep so well last night. Well, I slept, but flopped around a lot and had to take ibuprofin @ 3am for a pounding headache. Think I was dehydrated after sweating so much on my interval walk yesterday. Legs are sore this morning, which I'm taking as a positive sign. Unsure of whether I should be weighing myself daily, but figured I would go ahead with it as an in-your-face reminder of how much weight I've gained. :o) Whatever it takes, right?
