GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......I knew when I got on the scale this morning It would be 2lbs....but..it's my time (all you women know what I'm talking about);) and I know it's just stupid old water...but still ....I'm supposed to be going DOWN...and it makes me grrrrr when I'm going UP!

391.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 192.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should try this: 1 oz of real 100% cranberry juice (not juice cocktail...but the real deal, you can find it in health food stores) mixed with seven oz of water. Do that once a day and it REALLY helps beat the bloat! I swear by it. Last month I even went down 3 lbs during my week! Do that and keep to lots of dark, leafy greens and low sodium, and you'll be back on track in no time! :)
