Wow, the scales moved down at last. Let's hope they have got the general idea now😜😜😜
175.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Babe, It's has got better since your post about wanting to eat everything... I just hope the sugar-free pineapple fizzy has not spoilt my efforts. Thanks to someone on this site telling me to be careful of the carbs in them... ❤️❤️
