Water fluctuation from breaking keto. Will go back on keto next week but I was having some tummy problems so I decided to break it to see if that helped
176.2 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What was happening to your tummy?

Just feeling like I had some gallbladder pain (I think I have stones) and fatty diet doesn't help that. After going off keto it did help so I'm not sure if I should just continue with calorie counting instead..
