Well I fell head first in to a big fat bowel of rice this weekend and a Pizza..lol Gettin back on track this morning but I am sick today and really want comfort food...
155.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I do understand how you feel. It is so easy when your feeling down or sick just to get a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of chicken soup. But just remember your going to have those good days and those bad days just think about what you have to look forward to when you chhose a better decision. Also progresso makes a locarb soup with like either 8 or 9 carbs its called cheesy enchilada and it is pretty darn good!! Hope you feel better.

chicken soup is always the best remedy...eat it with some saltines guranteed to make you feel good.Feel better soon....
