I had a burger yesterday, but managed to stay within my calorie limit. I'm not as worried about keeping count of exercise and calories, since I'm getting a better sense of how much I can eat in a day.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
