I know the the key to weight lost is what you eat and how much of it you eat. The key to physical fitness is exercise. I need to be consistent with both. I have to take this very serious. I'm tire of being overweight. I feel ashame when I run into friends from the past or go visit my family living in another state. Someone always comment on my weight. I will lose 5 lbs per month. I will be 225 by Nov. and 215 by Jan.
