More or less staying steady. With all the traveling and the memorial service I was not as active or as strict on what I ate. The main thing is i did not gain. I feel good. ready to tackle the next 13 pounds.
163.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
