Ok back again i know ive certainly been back and forth and up and down on this diet its been months since i've even logged in but here I am- back and ready to lose a couple extra pounds. My short term goal is to get to 150 then after that 140 and I will maintain that for a little while until dropping the final 10 or 20 well see what i look like at 130 if i want to get rid of the other 10....ive already lost 40 so i know i can do this! Actually now that I reviewed my weight chart one year ago today i weighed 201.5 pounds!! heres to never going back!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
