at the doc i was165, this is not right. im sick of this shit.. get bloodwork asap. plus im retaining water here. i gotta figure out what to do safely about it..
163.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
