Recording my calories is the only way keeping myself on a diet is going to work. Also, it is more realistic for myh goal to be 130 rather than 125. And I'm going to try and take 5 scoops of protien powder in a day because that will help build muscle.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
