Getting back to it is so difficult! Old habit s are creeping back in. Hubby got his job and is wanting to start eating out more often again. BUT he hasn't gotten a paycheck so we are still on a budget and it is hard to eat out on a budget! I can't get the grilled chicken and shrimp like I need to be eating. I did good yesterday though. At the mexican place the enchilada dinner was on special so I got 2 chicken enchiladas with no sauce and no cheese. I had them smother them in salsa! Then I got a side of rice, no beans, with a salad with no dressing or cheese instead! YAY me
141.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
