I'm so happy to see the scale moving downward after the wonkiness from last week. Hope that's over for now. Its kind of funny because I was a little upset that it was taking longer to lose the weight than it did last year late summer. But, hell, I was walking around town for hours on my free time then. Can't wait for the weather to warm up, so I can get back out there.
