I fell off the wagon kinda, but i have a goal to reach 200 by July 1, 2013. Maybe when I am off certain drugs I do better too. But that's not for at least 2 month so hard work baby that's what I need.

245.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
