Not good! I didn't eat enough before training this past week end! I lost a little too much weight. I think I need to consume a little more carbs this week to maintain 155 so I won't dip below goal.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.9 lb a week
