Tried a cup of low carb pasta (I know I shouldn't eat wheat, but it's killing my husband). Did elevate my blood sugar, though not horribly. Waist has dropped 4.5 inches since starting blood sugar solution diet though only losing a couple of pounds.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
