Ignoring my weight loss this week. I hadn't weighed myself for a few days. Still happy though as weight was going up rapidly so a few pounds down is good no matter how long it took. Plus you always lose a few pounds in the first week, it's keeping it up after that.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
