Decided to weigh in 1 day early :) doing good so far, trying not to let temptation get the best of me. Weekend cheats in small but satisfying portions. Weekdays all healthy meals for me and I hope to keep it this way permenately. Exercising 6 days a week. Rest day must be a weekday not the weekend. *
143.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
