Why is it when I lose it is down .4, or .2, but when I gain it is up 1.6? So unfair! I didn't really do anything different so I am not sure why I gained, but I most definitely don't want to continue on an upward trend.

Could be a plethora of things. Water retention, time of day, bm or rather lack thereof, etc. Chin up, you’ve got this! 😊
